The Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, has urged Local Government Hajj Center Officers to intensify efforts in selling the remaining Hajj seats allocated to the state.
Speaking during a strategic meeting with Local Government Hajj Center Officers and Zonal Coordinators, Danbappa emphasized the need for swift action, especially following the extension of the sales period. He stressed that now is a crucial time to ensure that all available slots are taken.
Earlier, the Director of Hajj Operations, Alhaji Muhd Ghali Muhd, commended the Director General for convening the meeting.
He also reminded intending pilgrims who have completed their Hajj payments but are yet to submit their international passports to do so without delay, as visa processing is set to begin soon.
The Board reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating a smooth and efficient Hajj process for all intending pilgrims from Kano State.
