Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, has conducted an on-the-spot assessment of the accommodation facilities earmarked for the state’s intending pilgrims for the 2026 Hajj exercise.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the Agency, Abdulrazaq Muhammad, said the Governor, who was accompanied on the inspection tour by his wife, Hajiya Farida Abdullahi Sule, and top government functionaries as they were received and led by the Executive Secretary of the Nasarawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Mallam Idris Ahmed.
The delegation inspected the Al-Farabi Tower Hotel, which has been contracted to house Nasarawa State pilgrims.
Speaking shortly after the tour, Governor Sule expressed satisfaction with the facility, particularly noting its strategic location as one of the closest hotels to the Grand Mosque.
The Executive Secretary, Mallam Idris Ahmed, assured the Governor that the Board is working tirelessly to ensure all logistics are perfected ahead of the pilgrimage, prioritizing the welfare of Nasarawa State indigenes.
