The Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, has reiterated the importance of Hajj Induction Courses in preparing intending pilgrims for a smooth and spiritually rewarding pilgrimage.
Speaking during his supervision of the ongoing training session at the Bichi Center, Danbappa—represented by Board Member and Chairman of the Hajj Induction Course Teachers, Sheikh Tijjani Sani Shehu Maihula emphasized that the courses serve as the foundation for a successful Hajj exercise.
In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Board, Sulaiman Abdullahi Dederi, the Director General said “These training sessions are the backbone of the entire pilgrimage process. They equip pilgrims with essential knowledge on Hajj rites, travel guidelines, health precautions, and the general conduct expected throughout the journey,” he stated.
Also speaking at the event, the Director of Propagation, Education, and Enlightenment, Alhaji Murtala Lawan Sani, commended the commitment of the Board and facilitators in ensuring the proper enlightenment of pilgrims.
He urged all participants to take full advantage of the training to enhance their understanding of the spiritual journey ahead.
