Ill-founded accusations will never distract Prof. Abdullahi Saleh’s Transformative Mission for Nigeria’s Hajj Industry – NHMST

The Nigerian Hajj Media Support Team (NHMST), has observed  with disdain, the frequency at which mischief makers and their short-sighted, egoistic and inconsiderate sponsors have been working round the clock  attempting by all means and at whatever cost to defame the good name of the Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman.

Their activities are odious and despicable at this crucial period when preparations for 2025 Hajj are on top gear.

They claim to have the interest of the Nigerian intending pilgrims at heart but their mission is actually otherwise and against  the overall success of the forthcoming 2025 Hajj exercise.

However, the Nigerian Hajj Media Support Team,  is at this point drawing the attention of such miscreants  and their god-fathers to bear in mind that Insha Allah, their evil plans against the NAHCON boss shall always nose-dive and will never come to fruition, as it has always been the case.

The critics of Prof Abdullahi Pakistan have gone as far as shamelessly delving into issues they have little or no knowledge entirely about. They, for instance,  blindly and ignorantly accused the NAHCON boss of being nepotistic, surrounded himself with family members and appointed them into sensitive positions. These are outrightly false and grossly misleading.

Nigerian Hajj Media Support Team is, therefore, challenging anyone with substantive evidence on these baseless claims and allegations to prove to the public with impeccable evidence that is beyond doubt, where any of the Chairman’s family member is offered a letter of appointment as Special Assistant, Personal Assistant and what have you.

In addition, it is most unfortunate  that, even the office of the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima was not spared by those agents of destruction. They are calling on the Presidency to take over the supervisory responsibility of  NAHCON from the office of the Vice President Kashim Shettima without minding the political  consequences and pandemonium this action might cause. What a narrow-mindedness and lack of direction!

It is obvious, that Kashim Shettima has been doing all it takes to ensure that the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) is streamlined and repositioned in such a manner that it will be the envy of other Hajj sister  Commissions, Ministries and Agencies not only in West Africa but in the whole of African continent. This is quite feasible and achievable going by the high level of commitment, constant engagements and useful advice being offered by the Vice President to the NAHCON leadership.

Last but not least, what the critics of Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman Pakistan ought to have understood is that the most crucial criteria and qualities needed in any sound leadership are honesty, commitment, and sincerity of purpose, and of course, Prof. Pakistan is in possession of much more than the aforesaid sterling qualities, and therefore, any other consideration is secondary.
