The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) hereby informs the general public, particularly qualified healthcare professionals across the country, that the application portal for the 2026 National Medical Team (NMT) will officially open today on the NAHCON website
In a statement signed by the Assistant Director Information and Public Relations, Fatima Sanda Usara, said Eligible medical personnel including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and environmental health officers are invited to apply through the designated online portal.
The application window will be open from 11:00 p.m. on Friday, 12th December 2025, and will close at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, 15th December 2025.
Applicants are reminded that they must be in active service at the time of application and must not have participated in the last three Hajj operations (2023, 2024, and 2025).

Prospective applicants are encouraged to thoroughly review the instructions and ensure accurate completion of the application form to avoid disqualification. NAHCON urges all interested professionals to submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe.
