The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board has declared its full preparedness as the visa processing for the 2025 Hajj officially commences.

Speaking after a management meeting in his office, the Director General of the Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, reaffirmed that all necessary arrangements have been put in place to facilitate a smooth visa application process for intending pilgrims.
In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Board, Sulaiman Abdullahi Dederi, the Director General emphasized that the grouping of pilgrims, a key aspect of the board’s coordination, will continue as in previous years to ensure efficiency.
In a related development, the Director of Hajj Operations, Alhaji Muhd Ghali Muhd, urged all intending pilgrims who have yet to submit their international passports to do so immediately to avoid delays. He further assured that the board, in collaboration with Local Government Hajj Center Officers, will strictly adhere to Saudi Arabian regulations in organizing the pilgrims.
The Board reiterated its commitment to ensuring that every registered pilgrim completes the process without complications.
