The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has advised intending pilgrims to secure their Hajj permits only through officially approved channels and adhere strictly to all regulations guiding the pilgrimage.
According to the ministry, the Hajj visa remains the sole valid visa that authorizes pilgrims to perform Hajj rites, stressing that all permit procedures must be completed through recognized platforms to ensure a well-organized pilgrimage process from entry into the Kingdom until the completion of rituals.
The ministry explained that compliance with official permit requirements allows pilgrims to fully access services provided at the holy sites, while also strengthening safety measures through effective crowd control and organized movement of pilgrims.
It further warned against fraudulent offers and unauthorized agents claiming to provide illegal permits or visas, noting that dealing with such channels could deny pilgrims the opportunity to perform Hajj or expose them to legal sanctions.
The ministry reaffirmed that obtaining permits through legitimate channels guarantees a safer, smoother, and more organized Hajj experience for all pilgrims.
