The newly posted State Controller of the Federal Fire Service, DCF Aminu Amadu Kiyawa, has paid a courtesy visit to the management of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.
According to Public Relations Officer of the Agency, Ibrahim Datti, the visit was aimed at formally introducing the new State Controller and further strengthening the longstanding relationship and collaboration between the Federal Fire Service and the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.
Speaking during the visit, DCF Kiyawa expressed appreciation for the cordial relationship between the two institutions and stressed the need to sustain and further strengthen the partnership, particularly in the areas of fire prevention, safety awareness and emergency preparedness.
Responding, the Executive Chairman of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Malam Salihu S. Abubakar, warmly welcomed the new State Controller to Kaduna and congratulated him on his appointment.
Malam Salihu prayed for a successful tenure and assured him of the Agency’s readiness to sustain and enhance its longstanding relationship with the Federal Fire Service.
He further reaffirmed the Agency’s commitment to working closely with the Federal Fire Service to ensure the safety and protection of pilgrims, staff and facilities under its care.
The courtesy visit underscored the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening inter-agency cooperation, enhancing fire safety and promoting effective emergency preparedness and response.
