The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has officially appointed Max Air as the designated airline for transporting Kano State pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for the 2025 Hajj.
This decision was confirmed by the Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, following a stakeholders’ meeting and the signing of an agreement with airlines at NAHCON headquarters in Abuja.
Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u , further announced that the airlift of intending pilgrims from Nigeria to Saudi Arabia is scheduled to commence on May 6, 2025.
Expressing his satisfaction with the extensive preparations, he assured that all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for the pilgrims. He also urged those who have not yet submitted their international passports to do so promptly before the deadline to avoid any delays.
