The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has called on all pilgrims who participated in the 2026 Hajj and Umrah to submit complaints, observations, and suggestions regarding the services they received from individuals or organisations involved in the pilgrimage operations.
In a statement signed by the Management, the Commission said the initiative forms part of its ongoing post-Hajj review aimed at assessing the overall conduct of the 2026 exercise and enhancing service delivery in future Hajj and Umrah operations.
According to NAHCON, feedback from pilgrims will assist the Commission in identifying areas that require improvement while also guiding decisions on the renewal of licences for service providers, including tour operators, State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards, airlines, cargo handlers, caterers, accommodation providers, and other stakeholders.
The Commission also encouraged members of the public and other stakeholders to submit constructive recommendations that could contribute to strengthening the administration of Hajj and Umrah in Nigeria.
All submissions should contain the sender’s full contact address and be addressed to:
The Chairman/CEO
National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON)
Plot 991/992 Zakariya Maimalari Street
Central Business District, Abuja
P.M.B. 375, Abuja.
Feedback may also be sent via email to info@nigeriahajjcom.gov.ng, nahconoperations@gmail.com, or nahcon2006info@gmail.com on or before 31 July 2026.
For further enquiries, the Commission advised interested persons to contact its Operations Department on 07039059256 or 08074160299, or through its official WhatsApp line: +234 907 180 0007.
NAHCON noted that the exercise is part of its statutory responsibility to regulate, supervise, and improve the activities of organisations and institutions involved in the coordination of Hajj and Umrah operations in Nigeria.
