The Chairman/CEO of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, on Saturday led a delegation of Commissioners on a courtesy visit to the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Radda, Ph.D.

The meeting, which took place at the Katsina State Government Lodge in Abuja, provided an opportunity for discussions on key issues related to Hajj operations and the welfare of pilgrims from Katsina State.

 

Speaking during the visit, Professor Usman reiterated NAHCON’s commitment to ensuring seamless Hajj arrangements and strengthening collaboration with state governments to improve pilgrimage services.

 

Governor Radda, in his remarks, welcomed the NAHCON delegation and emphasized the importance of effective coordination between the Commission and the Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board. He assured the delegation of his administration’s readiness to support initiatives that enhance the experience of intending pilgrims from the state.

The visit is part of NAHCON’s broader engagement with stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of Hajj operations across Nigeria.
