Tawakkalna has introduced a new feature enabling pilgrims and Hajj workers to access Hajj 2026 permits directly through the app, as part of efforts to streamline movement and entry procedures during the pilgrimage season
The digital service allows users to view all approved Hajj-related permits from a single platform, making it easier for pilgrims, employees, volunteers, and transport operators to manage their authorizations throughout the season.
The permits are available to residents of Makkah, workers in the private sector, domestic workers, and personnel assigned to serve during Hajj 2026.
According to Saudi authorities, the app now supports six categories of permits, including pilgrim permits, permits for workers entering Makkah, holy sites work permits, permits for private-sector and domestic workers, volunteer permits, as well as vehicle entry permits.
The initiative is aimed at improving operational efficiency and facilitating smoother access to Makkah and the holy sites during the Hajj season.
The Tawakkalna application can be downloaded through major digital platforms, including the App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, and Galaxy Store.
