Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a Comprehensive Package for Hajj 1448AH (2027), allowing overseas Hajj agencies and pilgrim affairs offices to contract key services through a single online request.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the new system is operated through the Electronic Track (Al-Masar) platform.
The package brings together four essential services:
Accommodation and services in the Holy Sites (Mashaer)
Hospitality in Makkah and Madinah
Transportation
Catering
Agencies may also add optional services based on the needs and preferences of their pilgrims.
The Ministry said the new contracting model is designed to simplify procedures, improve transparency and strengthen coordination between pilgrim affairs offices, overseas Hajj agencies and service providers.
The initiative forms part of Saudi Arabia’s early preparations for Hajj 2027 and aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of Allah Service Programme.
