The Nigerian Consulate General in Jeddah has reaffirmed its strong commitment to supporting the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) in delivering a smooth and successful 2025 Hajj operation.

 

This assurance was given during a strategic stakeholder engagement hosted at the Consulate, where NAHCON’s Deputy Coordinator in Makkah, Mr. Alidu Shutti, led a delegation on a courtesy visit.

 

Representing NAHCON Chairman/CEO, Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, Mr. Shutti expressed gratitude for the Consulate’s longstanding support and emphasized the importance of continued cooperation, especially in the critical Masha’er arrangements, which he noted are progressing steadily.

 

In response, Deputy Consul General Ismail Muhammad, who oversees Hajj operations and represented Consul General Ibrahim Mu’azzam Nayaya, restated the Consulate’s readiness to offer comprehensive consular services to Nigerian pilgrims. He assured the visiting team of unwavering collaboration with NAHCON to safeguard the welfare and comfort of all Nigerian pilgrims throughout the Hajj period.

 

The meeting highlights a shared vision and coordinated planning between NAHCON and the Consulate, aimed at enhancing the overall experience of Nigerian pilgrims in the upcoming 2025 Hajj.
