The card has been designated as the primary identification for pilgrims and will be strictly required for entry into Makkah, the Grand Mosque (Masjid al-Haram), and other designated Holy Sites. Authorities have made it clear that no pilgrim will be allowed access to these areas without presenting the card.

Available in both physical and digital formats, the Nusuk ID Card will be issued by each pilgrim’s service provider company. The digital version can also be accessed via the Nusuk App and the Tawakkalna App, ensuring easy availability at all times.

Beyond serving as an access pass, the card also enables pilgrims to benefit from a range of services throughout the Hajj period. As such, pilgrims are strongly advised to keep it on them at all times.

Those who are yet to receive their Nusuk ID Card are urged to immediately contact their respective service providers. For further assistance, the Pilgrim Care Centre can be reached on 1966 within Saudi Arabia, or via +966 920002814 for international callers.

The directive underscores ongoing efforts by Saudi authorities to enhance organization, security, and service delivery during Hajj 2026.
