The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has successfully concluded the 2026 Hajj return airlift operation with the safe arrival of the last batch of pilgrims from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to the Public Relations Officer of the Board, Ibrahim Datti, the final contingent arrived in Kaduna after completing all the rites of the 2026 Hajj, thereby bringing to a successful close the phased return exercise coordinated by the Agency.
With the arrival of this final batch, all pilgrims from Kaduna State who participated in this year’s pilgrimage have safely returned to Nigeria.
The Agency expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for granting a hitch-free Hajj operation and appreciated the immense support received from the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), stakeholders, committee members, medical personnel, security agencies, media organisations, and other individuals whose contributions ensured the success of the exercise.
The successful completion of the inbound airlift further underscores Kaduna State’s dedication to the welfare of its pilgrims and its commitment to delivering efficient and quality services throughout the 2026 Hajj operations.
