The Executive Secretary Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris has bagged the best state pilgrims Board administrator of the year 2024.
Plaque was presented to him by the National Independent Hajj Reporters of Nigeria IHRN at their special Hajj lecture and awards ceremony held today at the Auditorium of the national Mosque, Abuja.
Presenting the award to Imam Abdurrahman at the ceremony tagged “stimulating accomplishment, evaluating challenges”, the Chairman/ Coordinator of the Independent Hajj Reporters Alh. Ibrahim Muhammad said the award is in recognition of ES dedication, leadership style and outstanding performance as administrator during a 2024 hajj offshore and onshore.
While congratulating him, Alh. Ibrahim Muhammad appealed to Bauchi Executive Secretary Pilgrims Board not to relent in his impressive effort in managing the Pilgrims affairs.
Speaking to journalist immediately after the occasion, the Executive Secretary Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris was overwhelmed with the honor, expressed appreciation to independent Hajj reporter for figuring him out amongst his colleagues.
He described the award as a challenge for him to improve in serving the guest of Allah the Pilgrims.
