The Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Dr. Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris, Dujuman Bauchi, has been honoured with an Award of Excellence by the North East Youth Ambassadors Forum, Bauchi State Chapter, in recognition of his exemplary leadership and remarkable contributions to Hajj administration.
According to the Information Officer of the Board, Mohd Nasir Bala, the award was presented during a courtesy visit by members of the Forum to the Executive Secretary at his office in Bauchi.
The youth group commended Dr. Abdurrahman for his dedication to public service, particularly his efforts toward improving Hajj operations and promoting efficient service delivery to intending pilgrims.
They also prayed for Allah to grant him continued wisdom, good health, protection, and greater success in the discharge of his responsibilities.
Responding, Dr. Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris expressed gratitude to the Forum for the recognition, describing the award as an encouragement to remain steadfast in serving the people with integrity and commitment.
He reiterated his unwavering support for youth-oriented initiatives, assuring the delegation that the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board would continue to partner with young people on programmes that promote growth, leadership, and community development.
