By Our Correspondent The Chairman/CEO of Raudah Travels and Tours Limited, Alhaji Umar Abdulhadi, has participated in the third day of an executive programme designed to strengthen operational efficiency and strategic coordination among Hajj tour operators ahead of the 2027 pilgrimage.
The three-day programme, organised by the Hajj Institute of Nigeria (HIN) in collaboration with the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), focuses on strengthening leadership capacity, strategic partnerships, regulatory compliance and service delivery within Nigeria’s Hajj and Umrah industry.
The theme of Day Three was “Strategic Leadership, Business-to-Business (B2B) Partnerships and Operational Excellence for Hajj 2027.”
Representing the company’s Chairman/CEO at the programme, Raudah Travels and Tours said the sessions provided participants with practical knowledge on strategic leadership, B2B partnerships, commercial competitiveness, financial management and operational excellence.
The company noted that the growing adoption of the B2B operational model in the Hajj industry requires tour operators to embrace continuous learning, stronger collaboration and adherence to regulatory standards.
It further stressed the need for tour operators to place the welfare, safety, dignity and comfort of pilgrims at the centre of their operations.
According to the company, pilgrims entrust tour operators with a sacred journey involving significant spiritual, financial and personal sacrifices, making professionalism and accountability essential in the delivery of Hajj services.
Raudah Travels and Tours commended NAHCON and the Hajj Institute of Nigeria for organising the capacity-building programme, describing it as an important initiative towards preparing licensed tour operators for the evolving demands of Hajj 2027.
The company also acknowledged the contributions of facilitators, industry leaders and fellow tour operators, saying their experiences and expertise would contribute to improved service delivery and innovation in the sector.
Raudah Travels and Tours Limited reaffirmed its commitment to continuous learning, professional development and improved Hajj services, saying its mission goes beyond travel arrangements to providing responsible and compassionate services to pilgrims.
The company prayed for a successful Hajj 2027 and pledged to uphold professionalism, trust, care and excellence in serving Nigerian pilgrims.
